Step into a Sunday ritual of warmth, renewal and community. This winter, Firefly Sauna’s brings its signature sauna experience to Bauhaus Brew Labs every Sunday from November through March, transforming the chilly season into a space of restoration and reconnection.
Rooted in thermic tradition and built for your everyday life, Firefly stands for accessible, portable, high-quality sauna experiences that slip seamlessly into your world.
At Bauhaus, the tent fires up, the heat rises, and the week’s tension melts away. Whether you’re seeking a deeper muscle interlude after movement, a meditative escape from the always-on world, or simply a place to gather in warmth and good company.
Join us Sundays through the winter months. Arrive curious, depart restored. The fire is lit.

Come experience an adventurous weekend of FoxFire activities in the prestige Boundary Waters Canoe Area in northern Minnesota.
This trip is a collaboration with Shaker Rabban of Wilderness Alchemy and supported by Firefly Sauna.
This Annual Event includes:

- Four full days and nights in the BWCA
- All meals for the trip -All outdoor gear (canoes, tents, stoves, etc.)
- Guided Daily Breathwork
- Group Canoe Trip through the BWCA
- Guided Lake Dips
- Wood-Fired Sauna
- Individual and Group Activities (Top Secret:)

All the activities are optional and open to all. No previous experience necessary. Please send me a note for a more detailed schedule, or if you have questions. We will provide a packing list of the personal gear you need to bring. It’s gonna be rad!
