I understand how difficult it can be to maintain your health and wellness as life gets more demanding. Juggling so many responsibilities, it’s natural to feel stress, muscle tension, and struggle to find time for yourself.
Growing up in the Great Lakes region, I was always intrigued by the cold, vast lake waters of Minnesota, Michigan, & Wisconsin. It sparked an early interest in outdoor adventure and a curiosity about the ancient practices of cold and hot immersion.
After experiencing the health benefits of a Finnish-style sauna I aimed to create a portable, accessible version to bring its benefits to people like me, who need a restorative escape but can’t always make it to a spa or gym.
Firefly was born out of my own search for balance and recovery, and it’s now here to help others find the same sense of relief and well-being.
