If for whatever reason you are not happy with your new sauna tent and aren’t the envy of the neighborhood or campsite, then please reach out and let us find a way to improve the experience. If you would still like to return it, we will honor full refunds on the price of the product within 60 days from the date of purchase. No refunds on original or return shipping charges.

Warranty

Firefly Sauna LLC offers a limited one year warranty on products covering defects in materials and workmanship. Firefly Sauna LLC will replace or repair, at its option, products, or part of a product that proves to be defective due to defects in materials or workmanship. The limited warranty does not cover problems if they are caused by damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, improper use, accident, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal and expected wear and tear.
